Expert Witness Testimony
At MIR Appraisal Services, Inc., we offer expert witness testimonial services in the courts of law. During litigation, it is sometimes necessary for an expert witness to be called to testify in a trial. An expert witness is recognized as having greater knowledge, greater credentials and more experience regarding a particular subject matter than the average person. Often an attorney will call an expert witness to prove or disprove a testimony or situation involved in a trial. Our appraisers are accredited members of either the International Society of Appraisers or the American Society of Appraisers and are permitted to serve as expert witnesses in court.
